October 5th 6-8pm SHIFT Meeting with Joel Kaczmarek of Sandler Training
“Don’t Tell Me What You Do… Tell Me What Problems You Solve.”
Entrepreneurs and Start-Ups tend to have one thing in common; their enthusiastic excitement for their product or service. And more often than not, their enthusiasm is rarely if ever shared by their suspects and prospects. Don’t take it personally. What you think and feel is neat and cool is not universally shared. In fact, they really don’t care. But don’t despair, here’s what they do care about – Their problems. Can you fix them?
Join Joel Kaczmarek of Sandler Training for a work session. Yes, be ready to write. During the work session we will convert the features and benefits of your offerings (the things you think are neat & cool) into the problems they solve. The things your prospects don’t think are neat and cool. Your prospects will have an easier job of relating to their problems and issues than the features & benefits you provide.
As always, the monthly Shift meeting is held the first Wednesday of the month at the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship.
